Required products :

  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 25 grams of dry yeast
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • 200 grams of rice
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 15 olives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • parsley to taste
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Knead the dough from the flour, butter, yeast, milk, eggs, sugar and add a pinch of salt. Spread it on the bottom of a pre-greased pan.

Boil the rice.

Cut the eggplant into circles and arrange them on the dough.

Mix the cooked rice with the chopped leeks and olives. Distribute this combination as the next layer.

Place tomato slices on top, sprinkle with chopped garlic and parsley, finish with grated cheese.

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
