Required products :
200 milliliters of carrot juice
1/2 avocado
a handful of fresh spinach
1 tablespoon wheat germ
3 sprigs of parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon flaxseed
juice of 1 cucumber
salt to taste
ice cubes
Method of preparation :
Put the spinach leaves in a blender, add the sliced avocado, parsley and flax seeds. Pour the juice of carrots, lemon and cucumber, add salt to taste and beat all products until smooth.
Distribute the refreshing drink in suitable tall glasses and serve, sprinkled with wheat germ and ice cubes.
