Necessary products:

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of finely ground walnuts
  • 50 grams of whole ground walnuts
  • 100 grams of almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon rum essence
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 15 grams of baking powder
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate
  • 70 milliliters of liquid confectionery cream
  • 50 grams of butter

Method of preparation:

Mix the white with the almond flour, add the finely ground walnuts, baking powder, cocoa and stir. In another bowl, beat the eggs, pour the sugar and essence. Beat until creamy and pour it over the dry ingredients. Add the butter and stir.

Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined cake tin. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Cool the marsh and set it aside. In a saucepan, heat the cream, butter, add the finely chopped chocolate and stir until the two products are homogenized.

Spread the chocolate glaze on the marsh, garnish with walnuts and cool. After half an hour, cut and serve.
