Required products :
2.5 teaspoons walnut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
a few pinches of ground cinnamon (to taste)
2.5 cm fresh ginger root
1 well-ripened banana
2 soft pitted dates
1 tablespoon flaxseed
a few ice cubes
Method of preparation :
Make walnut milk by soaking walnuts (1 cup in water) overnight, then pour into a blender, pour 4-5 cups of clean water and grind at high speed for about 1-2 minutes.
Strain the milk with gauze. You can use equal amounts of almonds and walnuts.
Add the remaining products to the prepared nut milk and grind everything once more in the blender until it has a homogeneous consistency.
Submit immediately.
