Omelet as well as fried eggs are considered simple and ordinary dishes, but like any other, they also hide some secrets to be perfect.

Surely there is no person who does not like a fluffy omelet with different spices and cheeses, but do you know how to make it so good?

Now we will tell you the secret of how to prepare the perfect omelet.

Beat 2 or 4 eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Heat some olive oil or vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Shake the pan with a swirling motion to grease the entire bottom and add the eggs.

As soon as they start to cook, gently push from one end to the center with a spatula, then tilt the pan so that the gap can be filled again with eggs. Repeat on all sides of the pan, at some point the middle part of the omelet will look like a rose.

When the omelette becomes golden at the edges and creamy in the middle, it's time to add your favorite flavors - add cheese, spices, vegetables or leave it like that.

Then close the omelet to get a crescent. Do not worry that there may be uncooked eggs in the middle, they will be prepared thanks to the heat that is between the two layers of omelet.

Serve the omelette on a plate, sprinkle with herbs and onions, or add fresh salad.
