How To Cook Wholemeal Crackers With Sunflower, Flax And Sesame - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Wholemeal crackers with sunflower, flax and sesame". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

230 grams of wholemeal flour

50 - 60 grams of sunflower seeds (maybe pumpkin), ground with 50 - 60 grams of flour

50 - 60 grams of sesame seeds (6 tablespoons)

1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground with 3 tablespoons flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

140 milliliters of water

1.5 - 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (white or brown)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation :

Grind the seeds using a blender, it is not necessary to bake them in advance. Knead dough from all products. Roll it 3 - 6 mm thick, cut it into diamonds (or circles, if you prefer). Arrange them in a pan covered with foil and greased with olive oil or vegetable oil.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the crackers until light brown (about 20 - 25 minutes). When cooled, they will become crispy.

If you want to get a spicy taste, sprinkle them with appropriate spices. You can also make sweet crackers by sprinkling them with a 5: 1 mixture of sugar and cinnamon. You can also cover with a glaze of 2 tablespoons of honey with 2 tablespoons of water. Add the toppings while the crackers are still hot. And if you are going to use dry ingredients (salt, herbs, spices), first smear the surface of the cookies with olive oil or vegetable oil.

Enjoy your meal!
