How To Cook Yogurt With Spicy Chickpeas And Feta Cheese - Recipe

Enjoy yogurt sprinkled with olive oil, sea salt, pepper, feta cheese and spicy and crunchy chickpeas for breakfast or appetizer.

Required products :

  • 2 tea cups skim yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 tea cup feta cheese, crushed
  • 1 can of spicy chickpeas with hot pepper (or roasted pine nuts with a pinch of hot pepper)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • 2 slices of lemon

Method of preparation :

Pour the yogurt into a bowl and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, feta cheese and spicy chickpeas.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve with lemon slices.
