Grate the zucchini, season with salt and pepper (if they are too juicy, drain the excess liquid). Grate the yellow cheese and mix it with them. Then add the eggs, flour and chopped parsley. Mix everything thoroughly. Scoop out the resulting "dough" with a spoon and pour the mixture into the hot oil. Fry the "meatballs" on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately (with cream if desired).
