It is good both in first and second courses, in salads and as an independent garnish, it is used to decorate aspic and decorate other dishes. And for each dish, carrots are cut in a certain way. Somewhere you need to cut the carrots into circles, somewhere into slices, straws or cubes. And also carrots can be cut figured.
