You will need round buns, butter or melted cheese, doctor's and dry sausage, olives.

Choose a thick stick of doctor's sausage and a thin dry one for this snack. Cut the sausage into circles, and from the doctor’s one, cut out a pair of droplet-shaped ears for each sandwich, and long legs with hooves. Make a ponytail from the rest of the sausage. Cut the pitted olive in half - for the piglet, cut also two triangles from the olive for the pig's eyes. It remains only to lay out everything, as shown in the photo.
Prepare some eggs, sausage and black peppercorns.
Boil a few hard boiled eggs and a sausage. Clean the eggs. For each piglet, cut a thick circle of sausage for the snout and cut out two triangles from the circle for the ears. For the eyes, use peppercorns, pickled, then it can be eaten without problems. In place of the ears, make incisions with a knife and insert the "ears". According to the size of the nose of the pig, make a cut with a knife on the egg, insert a nickel on the mayonnaise, you can fix it with skewers or toothpicks - let it stick out, it will be convenient to take the egg. Serve with mayonnaise and herbs.
Any dense salad can be arranged in the form of a pig. To do this, in addition to the salad, you will need a confectionery ring, a couple of pieces of doctor's sausage, a straw for drinks and an olive.
And here is what you need for a salad of potatoes, cheese and sausage:
3 medium potatoes; 80 g of hard yellow cheese; 3 eggs; small bulb; 150 g smoked sausage; 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and mayonnaise; 2 tsp Dijon mustard; salt, pepper to taste.
Boil potatoes in their skins until cooked, and hard boiled eggs. Cool and clean. Cut potatoes, eggs, cheese and sausage into small identical cubes. Chop the onion and pour over with boiling water or fry until soft in a spoonful of vegetable oil. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Drizzle dressing over salad, let sit for 10 minutes, then shape to serve. Any greens (parsley, dill, spinach) are welcome.

For the salad you will need:
2 small canned tuna in oil; 3 medium potatoes; 2 medium carrots: large onion; 6 eggs; 6-7 art. l. mayonnaise.
To decorate the salad, take two pieces of a loaf and a few pitted olives.
We are preparing a salad. Hard boil the eggs. Boil potatoes and carrots in their uniforms until cooked, cool. Then peel the eggs and vegetables, grate the vegetables. Cut the eggs in half, select the yolk on a separate dish or board. Grate the protein, chop the yolk with a knife.
There is another way to boil potatoes and carrots for salad. Rinse the vegetables, peel and cut into equal cubes of the required size, then cook in boiling water until soft. This method is faster, the main thing is not to boil it.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Drain the oil from the canned food, mash with a fork.
Put the salad in a bowl. The bottom layer is grated potatoes, greased with mayonnaise. Then tuna and onions, again mayonnaise. The next layer is carrots and mayonnaise on top. We finish like this: protein, mayonnaise and yolk. If the bowl is small, then repeat the layers until the products are completely used.
The salad should be infused before serving, it is usually prepared overnight. All you have to do is decorate and you're done!
Cupcakes for dessert - it's very convenient and beautiful! You can cook cupcakes from your favorite dough, we offer an option for kefir. But you can decorate with thick cream, mastic, berry fudge or marshmallow marshmallows and confectionery sprinkles. Let's talk about everything in order.
For cupcakes:
2 cups of flour; 125 g butter or margarine for baking; 2 eggs; a glass of sugar; a teaspoon of soda or baking powder for dough; a glass of kefir; a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, mix with sugar and vanilla sugar until dissolved, remove from heat and cool. Beat in eggs and add kefir, mix with a whisk until smooth. Sift flour with soda or baking powder into the dough - add in portions and mix with a spoon or whisk. The dough is ready!
Fill one-third of the silicone molds or iron molds with cuffs embedded in them with dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. Cool and then choose from molds.
For berry fondant:
50 g of berries (fresh or frozen); powdered sugar to taste.
Grind the berries with a blender, then, stirring, add the powdered sugar. Powder add on the eye - so as to obtain the desired density. Drizzle the fondant over the cupcakes, and then lay out the patch and eyes made with mastic, marshmallows, or confectionery sprinkles.
Marshmallow mastic
Prepare marshmallow mastic in minutes. Put marshmallows with a spoonful of water in a bowl and melt in the microwave at medium-high power for 40 seconds-minutes. Then mix with powdered sugar to make a thick mastic. The proportions are 1 to 5, i.e. for one part marshmallows, take two parts of powdered sugar (for 50 g of marshmallow - 250 g of powdered sugar).
On muffin-smeared muffins, lay out a whole marshmallow for a patch and a marshmallow cut obliquely for the ears. Draw eyes and nostrils with melted chocolate, jam or syrup.
Thick cream for cupcakes:
200 g curd cream cheese (mascarpone, almette); 200 ml of heavy cream; 100 g of powdered sugar; a bag of thickener for cream (if any, you can not add); a couple of pinches of vanilla.
In one bowl, beat together cheese, icing and vanilla until smooth. In another tall bowl, beat the chilled cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Mix both masses with a spatula. If desired, add food coloring (pink is best for guinea pigs) before mixing. Scoop the frosting into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle and decorate the chilled cupcakes.
Ingredients for yeast buns:
360 g flour; 20 g fresh or 7 g instant yeast; 200 ml of warm milk; 2 tbsp. l. Sahara; 50 g butter; 1 egg; yolk for lubrication; 100 g dried fruits.
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk, leave warm for 10 minutes until a foam cap appears. Sift flour into a large bowl, add yeast, butter at room temperature, beat in an egg, knead a soft dough. Leave in a bowl under a kitchen towel for 1.5 hours. During this time, the dough will increase in volume by two to two and a half times.
Knock down the dough, add washed dried fruits (if using) and divide into 6 parts, 100 g approximately. From the remaining dough, cut out the ears and patch. Gather the pigs, place a circle in the center, above it - a couple of triangles. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let rise for 20 minutes. Lubricate with yolk whipped with a spoonful of water. For the eyes, use raisins or cloves. Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cool the finished buns.
