Recipes with garlic
Step 1
For work, we need garlic, a knife, a kitchen board, a dryer for vegetables and fruits.
Step 2
Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices 1 mm thick.

Arrange the plates in a single layer on the grate of the dryer for vegetables and fruits.
Step 4
Turn on the dryer and dry until ready. Garlic will be dried in 5-6 hours. Put the garlic petals in a tightly closed jar and use for cooking. If desired, dry garlic can be ground in a coffee grinder.
