How to dry pumpkin at home

Pumpkin is a tasty and healthy vegetable. There are a lot of vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber in pumpkin, which is very valuable for our body to function normally.

Pumpkin fruits usually have a fairly large mass. And if an uncut pumpkin can be stored in a cool, dry place for a long time, then an already cut pumpkin is stored poorly. Often a family cannot use the whole gourd quickly. And to save the rest of the pumpkin, it can be dried and then added to soups, pastries, used to make sauces.

Dried pumpkin retains its vitamins and minerals to the maximum, and drying is an excellent, reliable way to store pumpkins.
