But sometimes the hostess sees that she will not have time to use all the eggs and they can deteriorate even in the refrigerator. Sometimes a lot of eggs are brought from the village, and sometimes we go on vacation for a long time.
In such a situation, the eggs can be frozen in the freezer and the eggs can last much longer. When you need it, just move the bag of frozen eggs in advance in the refrigerator for the night. In the morning, the eggs can be used for their intended purpose.
Remember that one egg equals three tablespoons of frozen egg mixture and you can use as much egg mixture as you need.
