This can happen when you purchased more mushrooms than you needed later. And so that the mushrooms do not stale, they can be frozen and used as food when you want.
Sometimes housewives specially freeze champignons to be sure that it will always be possible to cook their favorite mushroom dish and for this it will not be necessary to run to the supermarket every time. Among other things, freezing champignons helps out when unexpected guests arrive. You can treat them to an excellent mushroom dish in a short time. Freezing champignons does not require much effort. Send frozen champignons to a pot or pan without defrosting - this is very convenient.
Recipes with fresh champignons
Step 1
For work, we need fresh mushrooms, a knife, a kitchen board, plastic containers or freezer bags, a clean kitchen sponge.
Step 2
To freeze fresh champignons, it is better not to wash them. Wipe the surface of the mushrooms well with a clean kitchen sponge to remove dirt.
Step 3
Cut off the bottom of the leg with a knife.

If you plan to stuff mushroom caps later, then remove the legs, and put the caps in a freezer bag and send them to the freezer.

It is more convenient to freeze champignons already chopped. Cut the mushrooms into slices 0.5 cm thick.

Place in plastic freezer containers. Close the lid tightly and place in the freezer for storage.

For work, we need champignons - 500 g, sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l., colander, frying pan, plastic container for freezing.

Clean the mushrooms and rinse under running water. Shake off moisture.

Cut the mushrooms into slices 0.5 cm thick.

Send the chopped champignons to the pan with sunflower oil.

Fry until moisture evaporates (7-8 minutes).

Arrange chilled mushrooms in plastic freezer containers. Close the lids and send to the freezer for storage.

For freezing, you will need champignons (500 g), salt (1 tsp), water (1 liter), a saucepan, a colander, a knife, plastic containers for freezing.

Clean mushrooms and rinse under running water.

Bring water with a small amount of salt to a boil and send mushrooms to boiling water. Cook on low heat covered for 5-6 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the water, cool the mushrooms and arrange them in freezer containers. Cover with a lid and send to the freezer for storage. Frozen mushrooms are ready.
