Clean the mushrooms and rinse under running water. Shake off moisture.

Cut the mushrooms into slices 0.5 cm thick.

Send the chopped champignons to the pan with sunflower oil.

Fry until moisture evaporates (7-8 minutes).

Arrange chilled mushrooms in plastic freezer containers. Close the lids and send to the freezer for storage.

For freezing, you will need champignons (500 g), salt (1 tsp), water (1 liter), a saucepan, a colander, a knife, plastic containers for freezing.

Step 2

 

Clean mushrooms and rinse under running water.

Bring water with a small amount of salt to a boil and send mushrooms to boiling water. Cook on low heat covered for 5-6 minutes.

Step 4

 

Drain the water, cool the mushrooms and arrange them in freezer containers. Cover with a lid and send to the freezer for storage. Frozen mushrooms are ready.
