We can enjoy fresh bell pepper in summer and autumn. And in the winter-spring period, you often have to buy pepper in supermarkets. Of course, the taste of such pepper cannot be compared with that grown in the garden, and the price of pepper at this time “bites”. To eat fresh peppers in winter and spring, you need to freeze them properly.
For freezing, choose ripe fleshy peppers without damage. There are several ways to freeze peppers. Depending on how and where you will use the frozen pepper later, freeze it in pieces or in its entirety, having previously cleared the seeds. Whole peppers can then be stuffed, and pieces can be conveniently added to stews, casseroles, soups and borscht.
