I think that no one will argue that fish is beneficial for the body. Fish contains proteins (and, accordingly, amino acids), as well as useful fatty acids. In all cuisines of the world there is such a dish as fried fish, which means that such a dish is popular everywhere and among all peoples.

Fried fish is digested quickly enough, and according to its perception by the body, it is much lighter than the same meat. Fried fish can be served with mashed potatoes, vegetable salad, rice or as an independent snack. It is good both hot and cold.

You can fry the fish simply by rolling it in flour, or you can use eggs for this and make a batter or breaded in breadcrumbs. Hake is best fried using eggs for this, since hake is a low-fat fish, and eggs, along with breading, will retain its juiciness and tenderness when frying.
