Many recipes can be prepared on the basis of fried butternuts: for example, an excellent salad or adding them to soup, and thereby enriching its taste and aroma.
And besides, fried butternuts can be cooled, packaged in portions in freezer bags and sent to the freezer for storage. Then you can enjoy delicious butter dishes all winter long.
Before frying, boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes, and then fry until the moisture evaporates. And only then add onions and carrots, and let the boletus fry until tender. With this method of cooking, fried butterfish will surprise you with their excellent taste and aroma.

For work, we need fresh butter - 400 grams, onions - 100 grams, carrots - 80 grams, sour cream (2 tablespoons), sunflower oil - 4 tablespoons. l., salt - 1 tsp., spoon, colander, saucepan, frying pan, knife.

Peel the butternuts, rinse and boil in salted water for 5-6 minutes.

Drain the water, and send the boiled butternuts to a hot pan with sunflower oil. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the moisture has evaporated.

Peel onions and carrots. Add 100 grams of diced onion and 80 grams of grated carrots to the mushrooms.

Cook, stirring, 5-6 minutes. Season with salt to taste.

Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Fry, stirring, 1 minute.

Fried butternuts are ready to serve.
