How long to fry eggs

Fried eggs are the easiest snack. Even a child can cook this dish with some skill. The main thing is to know some of the nuances. Someone likes to fry eggs in butter, someone - in vegetable oil. Someone first fries small cubes of bacon or onions, and then fries eggs on them.

If you want to get fried eggs, then carefully break the eggs into the pan so as not to damage the yolk. Remember that in fried eggs, the yolk should remain liquid and spread on the dish if we pierce it with a knife. If you want the yolk to be firm, put a lid on top of the pan for the last minute or two. The yolk will immediately tighten on top with a white film, and inside it will become hard.

Salt only the protein, and the yolk at the end can be lightly sprinkled with black pepper or chopped herbs. Serve the eggs on a warm plate.
