The fruiting body of the fungus grows very quickly, therefore, if you are lucky enough to find a ram mushroom, then you immediately become the owner of a mushroom of a rather large weight and size. You can boil it, dry it or fry it, and it will always be a very impressive portion.
Fried lamb is a very tasty delicacy dish with a special aroma and unique taste. Fried mushroom can be served with any side dish: potatoes, rice, buckwheat or even pasta - it always turns out very tasty.
Recipes with Maitake
Step 1
For work, we need a ram mushroom (meitake), water, onion, salt, sunflower oil, a saucepan, a knife, a frying pan, a colander.
Step 2
Peel the mushroom, rinse under running water and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Bring water to a boil. Put the mushrooms into the water. Bring to a boil again. Reduce the fire and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the decoction.
Step 5
In a frying pan, fry the peeled and diced onion until transparent.
Step 6
Add mushrooms. Fry, stirring, 20 minutes. At the end, season with salt to taste.
Step 7
Fried mushrooms are ready.
