In most cases, we can purchase frozen shrimp. And most often they are already boiled and frozen, although you can also find raw frozen shrimp (gray), and you can also buy both cut (headless or headless and without shell) and whole shrimp.
It is best to purchase uncut shrimp - they will turn out juicier after cooking. We will look at how to fry boiled frozen shrimp, as they are most often found on sale.
Defrost shrimp at room temperature (ideally). If there is no time, fill the shrimp with hot water in order to melt the ice shell. Fry the shrimp very quickly, as they will become rubbery when frying for a long time. It also turns out very tasty if, after frying, sprinkle the shrimp with lemon juice.

For work, we need shrimp, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, a frying pan, a spoon.

Heat up a frying pan with olive oil and put in it the garlic, cut into thin slices.

Saute garlic for 30-50 seconds until browned. Take out the garlic.
