When baking various confectionery products, cooks use special baking paper or bake them in non-stick forms. But there are situations when you bake a product in the usual form, and the baking paper, unfortunately, is over. It turns out that you can prepare a baking dish using improvised products that every housewife always has.
Before baking, it is necessary to grease the form with fat and sprinkle with flour. During the baking process, the dough will stick to the flour and not to the sides of the pan. After cooling, the cake or biscuit can be easily removed from a properly prepared form.
Recipes with the ingredient refined sunflower oil
Step 1
For work, we need butter (10 grams), flour (1 tablespoon), baking dish, paper napkin.
Step 2
What fat to choose for lubrication of the form? Butter and margarine work well for this. Butter will give a unique taste to the dish and make the crust golden. When using margarine, the result will be slightly worse, but this fat is also suitable for preparing the form. It is better to use vegetable oil only refined so that there is no smell.
Step 3
How to fill the form? It can be flour of different types and varieties, breadcrumbs, semolina, cocoa and even crushed flakes. How to choose powder? Review the recipe. The best option for powder will be the component that is part of the dough. If you are preparing mannik, sprinkle the form with semolina. If you are baking a chocolate cake, then sprinkle the form with cocoa.
Step 4
Grease the bottom of the mold with a piece of butter. Use a paper towel or piece of parchment paper to evenly distribute the fat.
Step 5
Thoroughly grease the entire surface. No need to spread too thick a layer of fat. Lubricate the mold until the mold is completely greased in all places.
Step 6
Pay special attention to places where there are folds in the form. They must be greased very carefully, as these are the places where the cake is most likely to stick to an ungreased pan.
Step 7
Put 1-2 tablespoons of powder in the middle of the mold.
Step 8
Take the mold in your hands and shake it so that the powder is evenly distributed throughout the mold. Get rid of excess powder by inverting the mold over the bucket and tapping it lightly. Send the form to the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
Step 9
The form is ready to go. Fill out the form with dough and start baking.
