1. Warm up in a warm room

If you already have a runny nose, add a couple of glasses of infusion of linden flowers to the basin: this will relieve swelling of the mucous membrane, and you will feel much better. The procedure should take no more than 30 minutes.

 
How to avoid hypothermia?
  • Monitor the air humidity. Even if it is 0 ° C or a little plus outside, but the humidity is increased due to rain or sleet, you risk freezing more than at a temperature of -5 ° C.
