With a high sugar content - all kinds of dried fruits, bananas, grapes, figs, dates, pineapples, persimmons, pomegranates. With an average sugar content - apricots, peaches, pears, apples, plums, watermelon, mangoes. These include some berries (blueberries, blueberries, strawberries). Low in sugar - all citrus fruits, as well as some varieties of apples and berries (currants, cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries).

 

We prepare dressings for sweeter fruits based on condensed milk, cream, ice cream, syrups, fruit sauces. More sour ones are best seasoned with yogurt, sour cream, honey, caramel sauce.

Someone considers the only dressing for fruit salads - honey and their own fruit juice, this is true. Many people use chocolate chips or pour melted chocolate over a banana. A layer of mascarpone, along with caramel sauce or fruit syrup, is well suited for such salads.

We share recipes for fruit salads with simple dressings.

Fruit salad with oranges

 

We take 2 large oranges, wash, clean, remove the white film. First cut into circles, and then the circle into pieces.

We also cut the pineapple circles into pieces.

We clean the kiwi, cut into circles and half again.

Put in a salad bowl and just sprinkle with brown sugar.

Mix carefully. Salad ready!

Salad with pears and apples

 

Would need:

pear, apple, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp. l. cream, a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp. l. raisins.

You can also add strawberries, kiwi and banana to this salad!

Pour raisins with boiling water for a couple of minutes, wash the fruit. Cream is mixed with honey until the consistency of yogurt. Cut the apple and pear into small pieces. Lay out on a plate. Sprinkle fruit juice so that it does not darken. Dress the salad with cream and honey and sprinkle with washed raisins, mix.

Peach gets along with almost all fruits. Sweet apple is combined with raspberries and currants. Banana needs strawberries and kiwis. Orange feels good with strawberries and mint. Grapes are almost ubiquitous. Banana and apple are suitable for cherries.

Fruit salad with condensed milk

 

For the salad you need:

2-3 apples, 200 g canned or fresh pineapple, some berries, a couple of nuts, 1/2 cup milk and condensed milk, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon.

Wash the apples, cut into cubes and put in a salad bowl. Cut the pineapple in the same way, add cranberries there, you can dry it, you can fresh it, you can use raspberries or currants. Put on apples. Season with a mixture of milk, condensed milk and pineapple juice.

Chop nuts and sprinkle on top. Let stand in the cold.

Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon when serving.

Salad "Summer flavor"

 

You will need:

2 plums, nectarines and apricots, 100 g cherries, strawberries and currants (any), 200 ml sour cream, at least 20% fat, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, chocolate for decoration.

Wash fruits and berries. Cut into small pieces. Leave a few berries for decoration. Whisk sour cream and sugar. Mix most of the sweet sour cream with the berry-fruit mixture. Transfer to a salad bowl. Put the rest of the sour cream with sugar on top. Garnish with a few berries and grated chocolate. Leave in the cold until serving.

Fruit salad "Winter"

 

Let's cook:

2 pcs. banana and kiwi, 4 tangerines, 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. l. honey, 1 tbsp. l. rum (cognac).

Wash and clean fruits. Banana and kiwi cut into circles. Cut the tangerine into slices.

Add rum to honey and stir.

Transfer fruits to a salad bowl. Add lemon juice, mix. Drizzle with honey and rum.

Note: utensils for serving fruit salads

 

For bright fruit salads, it is best to use transparent glass dishes. Suitable bowls, salad bowls, portioned glasses and even wine glasses. A salad in a cup of orange peel or a salad bowl of half a pineapple will also look beautiful.
