Chicken marinated in soy sauce

Ingredients:

Chicken breast - 600 g Garlic - 5 cloves Sunflower oil - 50 ml. Starch - 3 tbsp. l. Soy sauce - 5 tbsp. l. Broth - 100 ml. Salt to taste

Cut the breast into strips, salt and pour soy sauce. Let the chicken sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Drain the soy sauce, and sprinkle the chopped meat with starch.

Transfer to a hot frying pan with oil, add chopped garlic and fry until golden brown. Reduce heat, add broth and cook until thickened.

On a note! Preparing the chicken is just as important for getting a good, mouth-watering crust.

Wash the chicken. Remove moisture with a paper towel, and then pour boiling water over its skin several times. Again, remove the moisture with a paper towel. This will close the pores, the juice will not come out. You can lubricate the marinade!

Grilled Chicken with Lime and Chili

 

You will need:

chicken breasts - 2 pcs. vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l. lime - 1 pc. (or lemon) red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. l. chopped or dried parsley - 2 tbsp. l. salt and spices to taste (chili, paprika, garlic, onion) 

Pour into a bowl 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, squeeze the juice of one lime and add 1 tbsp. l. wine vinegar. Then lay out finely chopped sprigs of parsley and add spices. Along with garlic, there must be chili peppers.

Wash and dry the breasts. Cut each into two parts to make 4 pieces of chicken fillet. Pour in the marinade and leave for an hour.

Remove the breasts and grill on a grill pan, flipping, on both sides for about 5 minutes.

Marinade on kefir with garlic

 

You will need:

chicken - 1 kg kefir - 1 l garlic - 3-4 cloves onion - 1 pc. vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l., plus for frying - 50 ml. flour - 100 g seasoning for chicken - 1 tbsp. l. spices to taste salt to taste

In kefir, add chopped garlic with onions, vegetable oil (two tablespoons), spices to taste, various dry herbs (1 tsp each) as desired. Mix everything.

Put the chicken pieces in the marinade and refrigerate for 8-10 hours or overnight.

Mix flour in a bowl with chicken seasoning. Roll each piece of chicken well in this mixture.

Put the pieces in a well-heated pan with oil. Fry on each side until golden brown. Approximately 15 minutes.

On a note! If you salt the chicken with coarse salt (as if sticking it to the carcass), a golden brown crust is provided. You can dip the bird in water with salt overnight, and then bake it, as a result - a golden, crispy crust.

Chicken thighs in raspberry marinade

 

For the recipe you will need:

chicken thighs - 7-9 pcs. raspberry bulb (fresh or frozen) - 200-250 g sour cream - 1 tbsp. l. cream 20 percent - 100 g vegetable oil for frying dry red wine - 100 ml dry basil - 1 tsp. salt and spices to taste

Rub 250 grams of raspberries through a sieve, pour in 100 ml of puree. wine and add a tablespoon of sour cream. As well as basil, salt and spices. Mix. Wash the thighs, transfer to the sauce. Marinate 3-4 hours. Then heat the pan and fry the thighs on both sides until golden brown.

Randomly chop the onion, put it over the thighs and, adding a little broth, simmer until tender. At the end of cooking, pour in the cream.

Marinade with mayonnaise, lemon juice and soy sauce

 

You will need:

chicken legs - 4-5 pieces, light mayonnaise - 100 g, soy sauce - 70 ml, garlic - 3 cloves, frying oil, half a lemon, paprika and curry - 0.5 tsp each, salt to taste .

We are preparing the marinade. Grate the zest. Mix a teaspoon of zest with mayonnaise. Squeeze lemon juice there (about 2 tablespoons). For spice, add paprika and curry. Pour in soy sauce and add finely chopped garlic.

In a deep bowl, marinate the chicken thighs in the marinade. Let stand for about 2 hours. Then put the drumsticks in a well-heated pan and fry for 5 minutes over high heat. Then reduce the heat and continue to fry, turning over, for another 5 minutes.

On a note! The most unexpected ingredient that can be added to any marinade is ordinary baking powder. Removes moisture from chicken skin, making it drier and accordingly roasted. Enough 1-2 tsp.
