But most often, housewives use a more modern and versatile device - a chopper, which is part of a blender or food processor.
Minced chicken prepared in this way turns out to be more homogeneous, resembling mashed potatoes. From it you can cook not only cutlets and meatballs, but also homemade sausage and meat casserole.
And if there is no opportunity or desire to use kitchen appliances, you can simply chop the chicken fillet on a cutting board with two sharpened knives.
This method requires some effort, but is great for making samsa, meatballs and delicious minced meat manti. It's worth it!
Cut the chicken fillet with a knife into cubes of 2 cm and beat off with a meat mallet. Suitable for stuffed rolls.

Multi-colored chicken casserole is a very spectacular and elegant dish that can take its rightful place on the festive table.
Ingredients:
minced chicken - 700 g, onions - 1 pc., carrots - 1 pc., spinach - 1 bunch, cream - 4 tbsp. l., salt - 1 tsp, ground black pepper - to taste, vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Grind the chicken fillet with a meat grinder or processor. Cut the peeled onion into cubes or half rings, fry it in vegetable oil until transparent.
Peel and grate the carrots on a fine grater, rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly and cut into pieces.
Add salt, pepper, cream and fried onions to the previously prepared minced chicken.
Divide the resulting mass into three equal parts. Pour one portion immediately into the prepared baking dish.
Combine the second part of the minced meat in a chopper with spinach, put on top of the minced meat without additives.
Add the grated carrots to the rest of the minced chicken and bring the mixture until smooth with a blender.
Distribute the resulting minced carrot over the spinach, level and cover the form with foil.
Bake a three-color casserole at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
The dish can be served hot or cold. It's very appetizing and delicious!
And if you use minced chicken as a filling, you can cook delicious French brizoli.
You will need the following:
eggs - 7 pcs., minced chicken - 800 g, onion - 2-3 heads, butter - 50 g, sour cream - 100 g, mayonnaise - 100 g, cheese - 100 g, milk - 7 tsp, greens - to taste, salt and spices - to taste
It is better to cook brizoli in turn, then they will turn out to be the same in size and thickness.
For each brizoli, break one egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of milk.
Mix the ingredients and pour into a preheated pan, greased with oil. Fry each omelet pancake on both sides until lightly browned.
After that, prepare minced chicken and onions, fried in oil until golden.
Now form the brizoli as follows: put a little minced meat on the finished omelette pancake and distribute it evenly, lightly salt and add your favorite spices, put a little fried onion on top.
Lubricate the filling with mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped herbs and roll into a roll.
Place the formed brizoli in the form prepared for baking, grease with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake egg rolls in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The dish will be ready within 30-35 minutes.
