Step 1
To clean the pomegranate correctly, you first need to cut off a small cap in the place where the flower was. To do this, with a sharp knife, cut the peel shallowly around the entire circumference.
Step 2
Remove the lid with a slight upward movement. We will see in the section that it has opened, and how white separating films-partitions pass in different directions inside the pomegranate.
Step 3
With a knife, make shallow cuts from top to bottom of the pomegranate in those places where we visually see these white partitions.

We easily break the pomegranate in the places of the cut. We do not completely break it, but only so that the segments are well dispersed.

Now we put the opened pomegranate cut down in a deep bowl and lightly tap with a spoon on all sides of the pomegranate so that all the grains fly out.
