Recipes with garlic
For cleaning, we need a kitchen board, a knife and dry garlic itself. This method is suitable if we need to clean several cloves, but their integrity after cleaning is not very important.
Cut off 2 ends of the garlic clove.
Place 1 slice on the board and press it firmly with a wide kitchen knife flat (press from above with the palm of your hand). At the same time, you will hear a characteristic click.
After that, with one movement of your hand, you can remove the peel.
For work, we need a head of garlic and a small jar with a lid. This method is suitable if the garlic is well dried.
Divide the head into cloves.
Put the cloves in the jar, close the jar with a lid.
Shake the jar with force for 10-15 seconds. In this case, the cloves should hit the walls of the jar with force.
Open the jar and pour in the garlic. Remove the husk.
The garlic is ready to go.

From the side of the cut end, pick up the husk and pull towards the thin end of the garlic clove.
