Recipes with fresh champignons

Ingredients:
  • Water
  • Bay leaf
  • Allspice
  • Black peppercorns
  • fresh parsley
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Dill fresh
  • Table vinegar 9%
  • Garlic
  • Fresh champignons
We will need:
  • Pot
  • Colander

How to pickle champignons step by step instructions with photos

Step 1

 

For work, we need champignons - 1 kg, water - 0.5 tbsp., Table vinegar - 80 ml, salt - 1 tbsp. l., sugar - 1 tsp, black peppercorns - 5 pcs., allspice - 5 pcs., bay leaf - 3 pcs., garlic - 4 cloves, dill - 35 g, parsley - 20 g, saucepan, colander.

Step 2

 

Mushrooms, peel and rinse.

Step 3

 

Leave small mushrooms whole, and cut large ones into halves or quarters.

Step 4

 

Combine water, salt, sugar, peppers and bay leaf. Boil. Add vinegar.

Step 5

 

Finely chop the dill, chop the garlic into slices.

Step 6

 

Put the prepared mushrooms, dill, part of the parsley and garlic into the boiling marinade.

Step 7

 

Cook covered over low heat for 20 minutes. At the end, add chopped parsley and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Step 8

 

Marinated champignons are ready.
