Nowadays, we can buy champignons at any time in supermarkets, so we can easily and without problems prepare such an appetizer a few days before the holiday. And immediately there will be no need to buy store-bought pickled mushrooms, which are incomparable either in price or in taste with pickled ones.
And among other things, pickling champignons at home, you can change the ingredients of the marinade to your liking, adding or reducing them. As a result, you will get exactly the taste of pickled champignons that you and your family especially like.
Recipes with fresh champignons
Step 1
For work, we need champignons - 1 kg, water - 0.5 tbsp., Table vinegar - 80 ml, salt - 1 tbsp. l., sugar - 1 tsp, black peppercorns - 5 pcs., allspice - 5 pcs., bay leaf - 3 pcs., garlic - 4 cloves, dill - 35 g, parsley - 20 g, saucepan, colander.
Step 2
Mushrooms, peel and rinse.
Step 3
Leave small mushrooms whole, and cut large ones into halves or quarters.
Step 4
Combine water, salt, sugar, peppers and bay leaf. Boil. Add vinegar.
Step 5
Finely chop the dill, chop the garlic into slices.
Step 6
Put the prepared mushrooms, dill, part of the parsley and garlic into the boiling marinade.
Step 7
Cook covered over low heat for 20 minutes. At the end, add chopped parsley and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Step 8
Marinated champignons are ready.
