How To Relieve A Hangover Early In The Morning?

Excessive alcohol consumption leads to severe physiological and psychological consequences. They can be mastered with the right intake of food and medication.

A hangover is a condition in which very unpleasant physiological and psychological consequences are experienced after ingestion of ethanol found in wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages. Headache, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, dizziness, impaired concentration, dry mouth, gastrointestinal disorders, loss of appetite, depression, sweating, hypersensitivity and anxiety. These are just some of the symptoms of a hangover. There is only one sure way to prevent them and that is to drink sensibly, infrequently and in limited quantities.

If this advice is overdue and the hangover is already a fact, there are some steps to relieve its symptoms after waking up, otherwise it can last up to 24 hours.

The most severe symptoms - nausea, headache and dizziness can be relieved quickly with aspirin or ibuprofen. After drinking too much alcohol, the immune system is subjected to severe stress, which leads to the release of huge amounts of cytokines in the blood - they are said to be responsible for nausea and headaches. The most common are interleukins IL-10 and IL-12, as well as gamma interferon. Cyclooxygenase inhibitors such as aspirin and ibuprofen suppress their action on the central nervous system.

However, they should not be taken on an empty stomach - the secreted stomach acids and acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) itself can irritate the stomach lining, which will only increase nausea and discomfort. Appetite is severely suppressed due to alcohol poisoning, but you must eat solid food or your symptoms will worsen.

Severe hunger can cause many to indulge in sugary foods and sugars, but taking them in this condition leads to additional blood sugar imbalances and can lead to increased fatigue and even fainting. It is recommended to eat 1-2 fruits, best - apple and banana. They will normalize the stomach contents: the apple will contribute fiber and water, which relieve the digestive system and begin to normalize water metabolism, and the banana will contribute many useful vitamins and minerals lost in alcohol intoxication.

If fruit is not available, other foods, mostly iron and folic acid, can be used to restore energy. With a more stable appetite, almost any food can be consumed, but in minimal quantities. It is advisable to avoid fats and foods with a strong aroma or spiciness - they can lead to confusion and sudden vomiting.

You should not drink liquids, in any case - alcohol, maybe 2-3 sips of water exams slowly. If there is no stomach pain, you can drink a sports drink with a restorative effect on the electrolyte balance or a rehydrating homemade drink - an incomplete tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of salt dissolved in about a liter of water, drink in small sips within two to three hours .

Coffee and cigarettes worsen dehydration and headaches, it is recommended to avoid them.
