And yet, sometimes the question arises of how to replace mayonnaise in traditional salads, because mayonnaise is still a very fatty and high-calorie sauce. And also there are people who do not like the taste of mayonnaise. We offer recipes for sauces that can replace mayonnaise in many salads.

Step 1
For work, we need sour cream - 4 tbsp. l., mustard - 1 tsp., salt and black pepper to taste, a small bowl, a spoon.
Step 2
Combine non-acidic sour cream and mustard in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper. The amount of salt and pepper can be added according to your taste. Mix.
Step 4
The sauce is ready.

For work, we need cottage cheese - 130 g, milk - 200 ml, mustard - 1 tbsp, salt - 0.75 tsp, sugar - 0.3 tsp. and a pinch of ground black pepper.
Step 2
Place milk and cottage cheese into the bowl of a blender or food processor (nozzle - metal knife).
Step 3
Grind until a homogeneous tender mass is formed.
Step 4
Add mustard, sugar, salt. You can add ground black pepper if you wish.
Step 5
Again, grind everything until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 6
The sauce is ready.
