Garlic arrows are an additional tasty and healthy bonus that you get when you grow garlic on your own plot. Garlic arrows are a very tasty product if cooked correctly. They are fried, stewed, marinated, frozen, twisted with lard.
If they are properly stewed in sour cream, then with your eyes closed you are unlikely to distinguish them from mushrooms. If you add garlic arrows when canning cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, then the preservation will turn out tastier and more aromatic.
We offer garlic arrows to pickle. Such garlic paste can then be spread on black bread, added to soups, sauces, marinades for meat and chicken.
Salted garlic arrows keep well in the refrigerator in a tightly closed jar, since oil, salt, and garlic itself are excellent preservatives. So such a paste will not deteriorate even after a few months.
