Spinach is able to very quickly enhance the protective functions of the body, strengthening the immune system. It contains a huge amount of vitamins, minerals and organic acids useful for the body. Many people harvest spinach in the midst of a true gardening (not greenhouse) season and then use it for cooking all year round.
It can be dried, frozen and even salted. Salted spinach can be used to make soups, sauces, add to main dishes. It is very convenient to store salted spinach in the refrigerator and use as much as needed each time to cook one dish.
Recipes with fresh spinach
Step 1
For salting, you will need fresh spinach (2 bunches), salt (5 tablespoons), a jar with a lid, a knife, a kitchen board.
Step 2
Sort spinach, remove damaged leaves, cut off thick petioles. Rinse under running water.

Dry the spinach on a kitchen towel.
Step 4
Cut spinach into strips 1 cm wide.
Step 5
Put the spinach in jars, sprinkle with salt and tamp.

Close the jar with a lid. Store salted spinach in the refrigerator for 1-2 months. Use the required amount as needed.
