Step 1
For work, we need silicone molds, a metal grill, a sponge.
Step 2
A new silicone mold should be thoroughly rinsed with a sponge before use, washing away all dust and dirt.
Step 3
Before the first preparation, the mold can be greased with a thin layer of oil. This is not necessary, but it is still recommended to grease those forms that have many small bends at the bottom.
Step 4
Before filling the molds with dough, it is necessary to put them on a baking sheet or wire rack, since the molds themselves are very flexible.
Step 5
The most convenient way is to put the molds on a baking sheet. On a baking sheet, they are convenient to transfer to the oven and bake on them.
Step 6
Fill the molds with batter and place in the preheated oven. The baking time of products in silicone molds does not differ from the baking time in other forms. Please note that when baking in silicone molds, the crust is formed only on top, and the bottom remains light and moist.
Step 7
Do not remove the cake from the mold immediately, but allow it to cool slightly. Then simply tilt the mold to the side and the cake will fall out of the mold on its own. If the pastry sticks a little, bend the edge of the mold outward and the pastry will separate from the walls.
Step 8
After use, soak the mold for 5-10 minutes in cool water (you can use a mild detergent). Then turn the mold inside out and wipe it with a soft sponge - the remaining dough will be easily washed off.
