Since then, mayonnaise has not only not left the diet of French subjects, but has also gained worldwide fame. We add different variations of this sauce to salads and snacks, marinate fish and poultry in it. Today we will tell you some simple recipes for delicious sauces that can replace mayonnaise for us. And most importantly - these sauces will give a new aftertaste to familiar dishes. Let's see the recipes!
Sauce for those who want to make their favorite salad less nutritious, but do not know how to replace mayonnaise. Or just for those who have not yet found a universal sauce for any dish. We are happy to share the recipe.
Ingredients:
mayonnaise - 100 ml; sour cream - 100 ml; garlic - 1 clove; dill - 3-4 sprigs; lemon juice - 1/2 tsp; salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. To taste, you can change the proportions, add salt and spices. For those who want a lighter sauce, add more sour cream or use sour cream with a little fat.
Then we do not rub the garlic with a fine grater or pass the clove through the press. The finer you can chop the garlic, the more even and tender the taste of your sauce will turn out. Finely chop the dill. Add mayonnaise and dill to sour cream and mayonnaise. And once again we mix all the ingredients. The sauce is ready!
As you can see, nothing complicated, but the result will pleasantly surprise you.
It would seem that something new can be invented for such a familiar salad? It turns out that it is not only possible, but also necessary to cook Olivier with a new sauce at least once.
You will need:
lemon juice - 1 tsp; sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.; vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.; greens - 3 branches; mustard - 1 tsp; honey or sugar - to taste; salt, pepper - to taste.
In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, lemon juice and spices. Then alternately add mustard and sour cream, mixing everything well. You should get a homogeneous mass. To give the sauce a sweetish aftertaste, add half a teaspoon of honey (if honey is not available, you can replace it with sugar).
Remove the pulp from half an avocado and mash with a fork or beat with a blender until gruel is obtained. Mix avocado pulp with lemon sour cream. Mix everything well again. If needed. run it again with a blender.
The most delicate fragrant sauce is ready to use. It can be used as a dressing for salads and appetizers.
This dressing is perfect for vegetable salads. But you need to cook it in advance, so that before use, the oil has time to infuse and absorb the spice of fragrant herbs.
Ingredients:
refined vegetable oil - 350 ml; dried onion - 50 g; dried herbs - 50 g; dried basil - 2 leaves.
Place all herbs in a clean, dry container. Pour in the oil and close the lid tightly. It is better to insist the oil in a cool, dry place where sunlight does not penetrate.
After 7 days, feel free to take it out and have fun. So easy to make and so enjoyable to use.
An excellent sauce for any vegetable salads that can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time.

olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.; honey - 2 tsp; garlic - 1 clove; lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.; Provence herbs, ground black pepper, salt - to taste.
In a deep bowl, mix olive oil and honey. It is better to melt the honey first, because it will be difficult to stir it in a candied state. Then add lemon juice and spices, mix everything. We pass the garlic through a press and introduce it gradually, mixing the mass in a plate and adjusting the balance of spiciness in the sauce. To your taste, you can reduce the proportions of honey and increase the amount of lemon juice, then sourness will be added to the sauce.
