The product can be defined as dietary, not forgetting about the large amounts of cholesterol, which is the enemy of heart problems.
Lobster meat contains zinc - an element that is necessary for the normal functioning of the reproductive system. In case of deficiency of the substance there is a danger of reduced testosterone production. Quite a few proteins, along with zinc, rank lobster among natural aphrodisiacs, although this is a bit exaggerated. On the other hand, there is no doubt that the lobster has a positive effect on the nervous system, which is due to the selenium in the meat.
The lobster shell contains chitin, whose structure resembles cellulose, its fibers improve peristalsis and digestion. This makes chitin suitable for the preparation of a number of organic supplements.
Despite the health benefits of crab consumption, they should be eaten with caution, especially by people suffering from allergies.
