The benefits of melted cheese:

This is a dairy product , so its value is determined by the presence of balanced essential amino acids, high concentration of fat and protein, calcium salts, phosphorus, vitamins.

Compared to hard cheeses, processed cheese is 100% absorbed by the body and contains less cholesterol. It is a complete food product, a source of phosphorus and calcium, responsible for the condition of nails, bones and hair. The fats contained in processed cheeses are high-calorie carriers of fat-soluble vitamins, giving the body vitamins A, E, D and polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Processed cheese contains a large amount of casein - a high quality protein containing essential amino acids; practically, carbohydrates are not contained in the composition, only about 2% lactose.

Processed cheeses have no aroma and usually have a long shelf life, about 6-7 months.

The harm of melted cheese:

Compared to hard cheeses, processed cheese contains more sodium, which makes it an unsuitable food for people suffering from hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases. Soft processed cheeses contain unnecessary chemical (E) and phosphate food additives, a large amount of salts. They can cause allergic reactions, most often reddening of the skin. Phosphates are dangerous for people who have kidney disease; also, their high content damages the bones, which over time can become brittle.

With increased acidity of gastric juice, the consumption of processed cheese is not recommended because citric acid is used for its maturation. It is a caloric product and should be used in limited quantities. It is not recommended to be given to children due to its high fat content.
