Boil your favorite pasta, fry minced meat with hot peppers, garlic, add tomato sauce and simmer. Combine pasta with sauce and serve for dinner.
For pasta with minced meat you will need:
250 g pasta; 450 g ground beef or lamb; 2 cloves of garlic; 2 cups tomato passata (mashed tomatoes); salt, pepper to taste; a couple of pinches of cinnamon, cayenne pepper, nutmeg; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain the pasta in a colander, save the ladle of water in which the pasta was cooked.
While the pasta is cooking, fry the diced onion, chopped garlic in a frying pan in oil, put the minced meat and spices. Fry, stirring, until the meat changes color to brown. Then pour in the tomato passata, lower the heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Combine sauce with pasta, if necessary, add pasta water.

Cook sausages in dough and serve on wooden sticks with sauces. Great appetizer for a party!
To prepare root dogs you need:
10 sausages; 150 g of corn and wheat flour; 1 st. l. Sahara; a couple of pinches of salt; 2 tsp baking powder; egg; 180 ml of milk; vegetable oil for frying.
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients: sifted flour, sugar, salt, baking powder. Beat in an egg. Add milk while stirring. The dough should turn out thick and viscous, so do not pour in all the milk at once (maybe you won’t need everything). Let the dough rest for 5 minutes. Remove the casing from the sausages, string them on long sticks, roll the sausages in flour (1 tablespoon). Pour oil into the pan, heat up. Dip the prepared sausages into the dough, poured into a tall glass, the dough should “sit” tightly on the sausages. Fry corn dogs on all sides until golden brown in oil in a frying pan or deep fryer.

Soup Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice (you can barley or oatmeal); 250 g broccoli; 200 g zucchini; 80 g spinach; bulb; 3 cloves of garlic; a glass and a half of water; nutmeg; a pinch of pepper, salt, nutmeg.
Rinse the rice, put in a large pot, cover with water. 10 minutes after boiling, add broccoli, zucchini, onion, garlic, cut into small pieces, into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes after boiling, add spinach. After a couple of minutes, pour in the milk, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Punch with a blender, add spices, mix. Serve with crackers.

Cupcake Ingredients:
2 processed cheese (100 g each); 2 eggs; 4 tbsp. l. flour; 4 tbsp. l. sour cream (20 percent); 1 tsp baking powder (without a slide).
Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Mix with sour cream, beat in eggs, add sifted flour with baking powder. You will get a medium thick dough. Grease muffin tins with vegetable oil or insert cuffs. Fill the molds with dough for 2/3, bake for 25 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cool and serve.

pita; 4 apples; 3 art. l. Sahara; a spoonful of vanilla sugar; a pinch of cinnamon; frying oil (4 tablespoons).
Rinse apples, peel, cut into small cubes. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon to apples, mix. Cut pita bread into squares, spread the filling along the edge of each square with a strip. Roll up and fry first, seam down, in oil in a hot skillet. Then turn over, the finished tubes will be golden. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar. Delicious with a scoop of ice cream.

Cook chicken or turkey liver in a spicy creamy sauce for dinner. A seemingly simple dish will be transformed beyond recognition if you add curry to the sauce!
Here's what you need:
600 g chicken or turkey liver; 250 ml cream (any fat content); bulb; 2 tbsp. l. flour; 1 st. l. curry; salt, pepper, herbs to taste; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Cut the liver into pieces, cut off all the excess. Salt, pepper, roll in flour. Fry the liver in oil over high heat until it changes color. Then reduce the heat, add the onion, chopped with feathers, fry, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add curry, mix, pour in the cream, simmer covered for 12 minutes over low heat. Ready! Serve with porridge, puree or vegetables.

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes. Fry in a skillet in oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until half cooked. Then add chopped onion, fry with potatoes, until the latter is ready. Then make 3 wells and beat the eggs into them. Add salt, pepper, put chopped tomatoes on top of everything. Warm up and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cover, turn off or remove from heat. An appetizing dish for a quick family dinner. Favorite pasta, strips of sausage and fragrant bell pepper. Cook the pasta, and fry the sausage with onion, pepper and stew in tomato juice. We combine everything and serve, sprinkled with herbs. Fine!

250 g sausage; 300 g pasta; 2 bell peppers; bulb; 150 m of tomato juice or pureed tomatoes; a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil; salt, pepper to taste.
Boil pasta (spaghetti, for example) according to package instructions. Cut the sausage into cubes, onion into feathers, pepper into strips. Fry the sausage, onion and pepper in oil in a skillet over medium heat. After 8 minutes, pour in the tomato juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, then stir in cooked pasta. Serve with greens.

Dessert Ingredients:
4 apples; 150 g flour; a glass of milk; egg; sugar to taste; a couple of pinches of cinnamon; 3 art. l. vegetable oil; powdered sugar.
Wash the apples, dry with a paper towel, remove the middle with stones and cut into rings (5 mm each). Combine flour, warm milk, beat in an egg and, if you like, add sugar. The dough should turn out the same as on pancakes. Dip apple mugs in batter and fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Opt for paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving.
