Can you imagine a juicy barbecue on the grill and even feel the aroma of smoke from meat, and it’s winter outside? If it is impossible to speed up the arrival of spring and summer, then it is quite possible to cook a juicy barbecue without leaving your home. We have just prepared four recipes using the oven for you.

1. Kebab on kefir with mustard

A tender and rich marinade makes the meat surprisingly juicy and tasty.

We will need:

Pork - 500 g; Bulb - 1 pc.; Kefir - 250 g; Mustard - to taste; Salt, pepper and spices - to taste.

Cut the meat into portions. Add chopped onion to it. Send salt, pepper and spices there. Pour in kefir, add mustard and mix everything properly. Leave the meat to marinate for 3 hours. Then carefully string the meat on metal skewers or wooden skewers soaked in water and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces. For the last 5-7 minutes, you can turn on the grill.

2. Kebab in ketchup

If you like tomato marinade, be sure to cook the meat according to this recipe.

We will need:

Pork - 1 kg; Bulb - 2 pcs.; Ketchup - 1 pack (350 ml); Salt and spices - to taste.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Cut the meat into pieces. Combine meat with onions, add ketchup, salt and your favorite spices. Mix everything thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator. Marinate the meat for at least 3-4 hours, but it is better to leave it overnight.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, lay out the meat, after stringing it on wooden skewers, and send it to the oven. Roast until tender, about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally to brown evenly.

3. Barbecue with liquid smoke

If you don't have enough real haze, this option is just right for you.

Ingredients:

Pork neck - 500 g; Bulb - 1 pc.; Liquid smoke - 4-5 tbsp. l.; Salt and spices - to taste.

This recipe is good because it does not require long pickling. Wash, dry and cut the meat into slices, onions into rings. Add salt and spices to taste, pour in liquid smoke and mix everything gently. You can immediately send the meat to a heat-resistant form or on skewers and put in the oven. Bake the kebab for about 40-50 minutes until cooked at a temperature of 180 degrees.

4. Chicken barbecue

For children and adults, you can cook tender chicken breast skewers.

We will need:

Chicken breast - 1 pc.; Bulb - 1 pc.; Sour cream - 50 g; Soy sauce - 20 g (optional); Salt, pepper, spices, herbs - to taste.

Cut the chicken breast into medium pieces. Add to it the onion cut into thin half rings, pour in the soy sauce and put the sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired, add spices and chopped herbs. Mix everything gently and leave in the refrigerator for an hour and a half. Then distribute a few pieces on wooden skewers and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the chicken skewers for about half an hour, turning occasionally.

In the kitchen, you can easily and simply prepare a delicious barbecue. Choose a marinade and invite guests!
