Necessary products:

  • 1 stalk of celery, along with leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon pea protein / or other high quality protein /
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 250 milliliters of coconut water
  • 1/2 lime, freshly squeezed

Method of preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and mash at high speed for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour the green smoothie into two cups and serve.
  • Or transfer it to a large glass jar with a tight-fitting lid to keep on hand immediately after your cardio workout.
