Beef with vegetables

 

Ingredients:

Beef - 600 gr. Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs. Onion - 1-2 pcs. Garlic - 2-3 cloves Tomato juice - 500 ml. Wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l. Butter - 50 gr. Spices - to taste Salt - to taste

 

Peel and wash vegetables. Cut the onion into half rings and lay on the bottom of the mold. Chop the garlic and put on the onion. Wash the beef, cut into cubes and put on top of the onion and garlic. The next layer is chopped peppers.

Prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a frying pan, quickly stir in the flour so that there are no lumps and add the tomato juice. Turn off the fire. Salt to taste, add spices for meat if desired. Sweat the mixture for 3-5 minutes and pour the sauce over the meat in the mold.

 

Cover the form with foil and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, turn off the oven and leave the meat inside for another 40-60 minutes. You can serve to the table! Unusually delicious!

Beef with carrots in wine sauce

 

Ingredients:

Beef - 400 gr. Carrots - 400 gr. Onion - 1 pc. Garlic - 1-2 cloves (if small, then more) Butter - 50 gr. Orange juice - 60 ml. Dry white wine - 75 ml. Curry - 2 pinches Cinnamon - a pinch Salt, ground black pepper - to taste

 

Wash the orange, cut into two halves and squeeze the juice. Strain from the bones. Cut the beef into large pieces. Pepper, salt. Peeled vegetables also chop coarsely. Combine butter, wine and orange juice in a saucepan. Add cinnamon and curry. Heat the sauce until the butter melts.

 

Put vegetables and meat in a baking dish. Pour in the sauce, stir. Taste for salt, adjust if necessary. Cover with foil or a lid and place in a hot oven for 4 hours to simmer at a temperature of 130 degrees. Try! The scent is fabulous!

Turkey with cranberry sauce

 

Ingredients:

Turkey breast - 1 pc. Orange - 1 pc. Cranberries - 100 gr. Pear juice - 2/3 cup Sugar - 1 tbsp. l. Corn starch - 2 tbsp. l. Anise - 1/8 tsp Cinnamon - 1/8 tsp Cloves - 1/8 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper - 1/8 tsp. Butter - 50 gr. Onions - 1-2 pcs. Rosemary - 1/2 tsp Thyme - 1/2 tsp

 

Rinse the turkey breast, pat dry. Wash the onion, peel it. Cut the breast lengthwise, not reaching the edge of 1 cm, open with a "book". Sprinkle with salt, dried rosemary, thyme and freshly ground black pepper. Punch orange juice, pear juice, cranberries, anise, cloves, cinnamon with a blender until smooth, add starch, mix. Melt the butter in a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Pour in the cranberry mixture, add sugar, salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil.

 

Pour the cranberry sauce into a baking dish, put the breast so that the meat is not completely immersed in the sauce. So the breast during baking will acquire an appetizing ruddy crust. Add a sprig of fresh rosemary. Place in the oven for 40 minutes at 200°C.

Ingredients:

Pike perch fillet - 400 gr. Tomato - 2 pcs. Garlic - 2 cloves Cheese - 100 gr. Mayonnaise - 100 gr. Sour cream - 50 gr. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l. Salt - to taste Spices - to taste (for fish)

 

Clean the fish, gut, cut off the head, tail, cut off the fins and rinse. Cut the pike perch along the back, remove the skin and remove the ridge with small bones. Cut the finished fillet into portioned pieces. Salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fish spices.

Prepare the sauce. Remove the skin from the tomatoes: cut the tomatoes and put in a container with boiling water for 15 seconds. When the corners of the skin begin to wrap, drain the water and immediately immerse the tomatoes in cold water. Remove skins from cooled tomatoes. Chop the tomatoes into cubes and transfer to a deep bowl. Add grated cheese and minced garlic. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and mix everything gently.

 

Grease the form with oil and lay out the pike perch fillet in an even layer. Top with sauce. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. An excellent fish!
