Pink sauce for vegetables and pasta

 

In just a couple of minutes, mayonnaise and ordinary tomato paste, familiar to everyone, can turn into an amazing sauce.

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise - 100 g; Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.; Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.; Garlic - 1-3 cloves; Salt and pepper - to taste; Fragrant herbs and herbs - to taste.

 

To prepare the sauce, combine garlic passed through a press with mayonnaise, tomato paste and lemon juice. Add salt, pepper, chopped fresh herbs and a pinch of dried herbs for more intense flavor. Mix and serve.

Wash the liver, clean and cut into pieces. In a pan with vegetable oil, first fry the chopped onions and carrots for 2-3 minutes, and then add the liver. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put the mayonnaise in the pan, add boiling water and leave to simmer over low heat until soft. Salt and season with spices 5-7 minutes before the end.

To prepare the filling in a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chopped onion and grated carrots until soft. Add chopped cabbage and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the filling from the fire, add greens and cool.

To prepare the dough, beat eggs with salt, mayonnaise and sour cream in a deep bowl. Add the sifted flour and baking soda and stir until smooth. Pour half of the dough into an ovenproof dish. Then spread the filling in an even layer and top with the remaining dough. Bake the cake at 180 degrees until golden brown for 30-40 minutes.

Pancakes for breakfast

 

Unsweetened pancakes are a great breakfast option for the whole family.

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise - 50 g; Egg - 2 pcs.; Water - 1 glass; Flour - 1 cup (approximately); Salt - to taste; Soda - 1 pinch; Vegetable oil - for frying.

 

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with salt, add water, flour and soda. Mix the dough until smooth. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Scoop out the dough with a spoon and fry the pancakes under the lid on both sides until golden brown.

Combine eggs, mayonnaise, salt and water, beat until smooth. Gradually add the sifted flour, kneading the batter without lumps. At the end, add vegetable oil and mix again. Preheat the pan properly, pour in small portions of the dough and fry thin pancakes until a beautiful crust.

Sweet pie on semolina

 

On mayonnaise, you can cook sweet pastries, very tender and tasty.

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise - 1 cup; Sugar - 1 cup; Semolina - 1 cup; Flour - 1/2 cup; Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup; Soda - 1 tsp; Salt - 1 pinch; Zest of an orange or lemon - 1 tsp; Egg - 4 pcs.; Butter - 1 tbsp. l.; Powdered sugar - for serving.

 

To begin, combine the sifted flour, semolina, soda and half the sugar. Add zest and stir. Mix vegetable oil with mayonnaise and add to dry ingredients. Beat everything with a whisk until smooth and leave for half an hour. Separate the whites from the yolks (we won't need the latter) and beat until fluffy with a pinch of salt and the remaining sugar. Pour egg whites into batter and mix gently.

Lubricate the heat-resistant form with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Lay out the dough, level it and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake 35-50 minutes until done.
