Synovitis is an inflammation of the synovial membrane of the joint capsules, as well as an accumulation of fluid in the cavity that it "coats".

  • alergy;
  • hemophilia;
  • gout;
  • tuberculosis;
  • gonorrhea;
  • irritation of the synovial membrane with torn meniscus, damaged articular cartilage or insufficient stability of the joint itself.

Symptoms

In acute synovitis:
  • the shape of the joint changes, it becomes smooth and even;
  • body temperature rises;
  • joint pain is felt, followed by restriction of movement.
In chronic synovitis:
  • joint pain;
  • rapid fatigue.

Another useful product in the presence of such a health problem is pineapple. It contains bromelain (bromelain) - an enzyme that helps fight inflammation. The fruit should be eaten fresh raw, because the frozen and canned versions do not contain the substance.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is also important. It has restorative properties, strengthens blood vessels, removes toxins from the body, strengthens the immune system. The vitamin is found in rose hips, sweet peppers, parsley, dill, blackcurrant, white and cauliflower, sorrel, citrus fruits, spinach, strawberries and more.

Potassium

Calcium

It can be obtained by consuming: dairy products (especially cottage cheese, sour and liquid cream, various types of cheese, including yellow cheese), almonds, pistachios, garlic, hazelnuts, beans, peas, oats, barley.

Joint pain is treated favorably by fish oil.

Dangerous and harmful products for synovitis

  • Do not drink coffee and caffeinated beverages because they wash away calcium from the bones.
  • Excessively fatty foods, including fatty meats, are not recommended. Red meat and whole milk should not be consumed daily to prevent weight gain.
  • Avoid spicy, acidic and salty foods, especially if the patient is taking ibuprofen or other anti-inflammatory drugs, as the formation of edema due to the presence of sodium ions is possible.
  • The spices contain solanine, which causes muscle pain and discomfort in those suffering from synovitis.
  • Yolks, tomatoes and potatoes are not harmful, but should not be consumed every day - 2-3 times a week is enough.
  • Smoking is contraindicated because it weakens the body's defenses and poisons it with toxins.
