The warm season has come, which means it's time for family picnics in nature, the main dish of which is shish kebab. The meat on the fire has a special aroma and smack of smoke. You can complement the barbecue with different types of side dishes: fresh, stewed or baked vegetables, rice, bread tortillas and pita bread.

We present 5 barbecue recipes that you can cook both on the grill and in the oven. We will also share ideas on how to marinate meat to prepare the juiciest barbecue.

Pork skewers rolls

A barbecue that is easy to eat! Cut the pork into slices, about 1 centimeter thick. Brush each slice with vinegar, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then wrap the meat in tight rolls. Fold the rolls into a bowl so that they lie tightly to each other and put in the refrigerator while preparing the barbecue. Put the meat rolls on skewers and fry over hot coals until cooked through. The shish kebab is juicy and very tasty! As a marinade, you can also add onions or fresh herbs to the bowl of rolls, and wrap bacon in the rolls themselves, which will add extra juiciness.
