It is incredibly rich in folic acid, choline, vitamins B1, B2, C, E, K, P, flavonoids, coumarins, fructose and glucose, phospholipids. It contains a large amount of malic, tartaric, and citric acids. A very small and not particularly noticeable berry contains a huge amount of trace elements (sodium, iron, magnesium, silicon and aluminum).

 

Sea buckthorn can heal. The following properties are characteristic: strengthens the walls of blood vessels, improves metabolism, prevents oxidative processes in the body, which means aging processes.

Sea buckthorn bark can fight tumors. Sea buckthorn oil effectively treats radiation damage to the skin, is used in the treatment of stomach ulcers, stomatitis, and pulpitis. As for beauty, if you use sea buckthorn oil for hair, it is quite possible to grow a large thick braid.

Sea buckthorn jelly

 

 

Ingredients

  • 200 g of sea buckthorn
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 15 g of gelatin
  • 400 ml of water

Preparation

Sort the sea buckthorn, wash it and mash it. Pour 1 cup of water and the resulting mass and rub through a sieve. Pour water over the squeezed pulp. Bring to a boil and strain. You need to dilute sugar and gelatin in the broth (you need to soak it first). Bring to a boil. Add sea buckthorn juice, cool and beat. Pour the resulting mass into molds and cool.

Carrots

Contains vitamins of group B, PP, C, E, K, carotene, which in the body turns into vitamin A. Carrots also contain potassium, magnesium, cobalt, copper, iron, phosphorus.

  • 500 g of carrots
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 300 g of coconut shavings
  • 1 Dec. a spoonful of lemon juice

Preparation

Wash the carrots under water, grate on a fine grater. Add sugar and citric acid. Put the resulting mixture on a pan and heat it over low heat, stirring constantly, until the excess liquid evaporates. Add 200 g of coconut shavings. Mix thoroughly and form walnut-sized balls. Roll them in the rest of the coconut flakes and that's it. The dish is ready!

Quince

It is classified as a medicinal plant. Both the quince itself and its seeds have healing properties. Decoctions are prepared from the seeds, and they are used as a laxative. Its use has a good effect in diseases of the respiratory tract to reduce cough. In the form of a decoction, quince can be used for eye lotions.

Quince is similar to apple and pear, but not everyone likes its specific tart taste. Quince contains many acids, for example, tartaric, citric, malic. Similarly, vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B6, PP and provitamin A.
