Cut the puff pastry into equal squares. In a bowl, mix the strained milk with the sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and beat with a mixer until homogeneous.

Put a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each clipping, add raspberry jam and raspberries.

Cut the squares X-shaped so that the center remains intact. Twist the edges as shown in the photos.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden. When ready, cool and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy the sweets.
