Of the vitamins present: beta-carotene, vitamins A, E, H, PP, group B; the mineral composition is very rich, with extremely many different trace elements: iron, zinc, iodine, copper, manganese, aluminum, boron, molybdenum, fluorine, vanadium, nickel, titanium, silicon, strontium, lead, selenium, zirconium, cobalt, chromium; macronutrients: potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, calcium, magnesium, sodium. In more mature grains, the sugars are less and the starch is more.

This plant has purifying and cleansing properties. It is used to treat skin diseases, acute skin inflammations, purulent wounds, eczema and others.

Its roots make delicious tea, which with regular consumption improves memory, invigorates, a person feels young and energetic. In ancient times, it was believed to stimulate sexual desire.

Contraindications:

The unpleasant thing is that peas swell the stomach. Foods with it are not useful for people suffering from gout, circulatory disorders, cholecystitis, acute diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and acute nephritis.
