So that you do not upset yourself or your loved ones, we have prepared several proven, simple and quick recipes for puff pastries with meat and vegetables that any member of your family will like.
First, let's take a look at the test. Of course, you can buy ready-made immediately, or you can quickly make it yourself.
Ingredients for puff pastry.
sifted flour - 500 g; cold water - 250-300 ml; butter - 150-200 g; egg - 1 pc.; table vinegar 9% - 1 teaspoon; salt - 0.5 tsp.
Add vinegar, egg, salt to cold water, beat well. Mix the sifted flour and water, knead the dough, it should be soft and not stick to your hands, divide into 2 parts. Roll out both parts into thin layers, grease each with a generous amount of butter, put together. Roll the layers into a roll, fold into a snail and wrap in cling film, put in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then take out the dough, gently roll it out and lay it on top of each other 5-6 times in thin layers. Then simply distribute into the desired pieces and you can proceed to the preparation of pies.
Ingredients:
puff pastry - 500 g; beef - 250-300 g; bell pepper - 100-150 g; onions - 2 pcs.; tomato paste - 50 g; yolk - 1 pc.; salt, pepper, rosemary (to taste).
In vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onion, bell pepper and beef cut into small cubes until golden brown. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, rosemary, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Let's chill a little. We divide the dough into portioned pieces, put the filling and close tightly, grease with yolk. We send it to the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Before serving, you can grease with butter.
Ingredients:
puff pastry - 500 g; chicken fillet - 250 g; rice - 100 g; red onion - 2 pcs.; green onion - 150 g; parsley, dill, basil - 100 g; yolk - 1 pc.; sesame - 20 g; salt, pepper, curry (to taste).
Boil rice. In parallel, fry finely chopped chicken fillet, red onion in vegetable oil. Add salt, pepper, curry (no more than 1 teaspoon). We combine chicken with rice, we send chopped greens to them. We make pies, grease with yolk, put in the oven for 30 minutes.

puff pastry - 500 g; minced chicken - 200 g; zucchini - 100 g; carrots - 100 g; butter - 70 g; yolk - 1 pc.; salt, pepper, turmeric (to taste).
Grate carrots and zucchini, squeeze out excess water, fry with salt and pepper. In another pan, fry minced chicken, sprinkle with turmeric and mix with vegetable frying. We spread the filling on the dough, put a small cube of butter in the middle, close it tightly. Lubricate the pies with yolk and send to the oven for 20 minutes.

puff pastry - 500 g; pork - 250 g; cabbage - 200 g; yolk - 1 pc.; salt, pepper, zira (to taste).
Cut the pork into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes. Finely chop the cabbage, fry in a deep frying pan with the addition of cumin, salt and pepper until golden brown. Next, pour a glass of boiled water into the cabbage and simmer for 10-15 minutes. We mix the fried pork with cabbage, add more salt, pepper, form pies, each smearing with yolk. We send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 20-30 minutes.

puff pastry - 500 g; turkey - 250-300 g; pumpkin - 250 g; onions - 2 pcs.; dill, parsley - 50 g; yolk - 1 pc.; salt, pepper, curry (to taste).
Fry the diced turkey in vegetable oil with onion, salt, pepper and curry. We rub the pumpkin on a coarse grater, mix with turkey and finely chopped greens, put it on the dough, fix it well. Lubricate the pies with yolk, send to the oven for 30 minutes.
