If you're in the mood to join in the Halloween pranks and make a fuss at home, then Halloween food ideas will come in handy! We have selected popular, scary-cute and easiest-to-prepare dishes for the whole family, 13 recipes in total. Don't forget to carve a pumpkin and place a Jack lantern at the door - let evil spirits bypass your house.

Ghost bananas and pumpkin tangerines

Even 5 minutes is enough to prepare a Halloween treat!

Peel tangerines and bananas, melt a couple of squares of chocolate in the microwave. Slice a thin stalk of celery into short sticks.

Cut bananas in half and place cut side down on a platter or cutting board. With chocolate, draw the eyes and open mouth of the ghost. And insert a celery stalk into the tangerine rounds so that you get a pumpkin tail. Ready!

Cupcakes in the form of toothy pumpkins

Bake cupcakes, seal them with jam, your favorite cream or nut butter, and decorate with candy eyes. Top the sweet pumpkins with teeth (tick-tocks are great) and a chocolate sprig (half a square of chocolate).

And we will cook cupcakes without eggs, butter and milk! Great lean cupcakes for everyone.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup boiled water, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. l. liquid honey, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. baking powder.

Mix honey with vegetable oil, 1/3 cup of water, add sugar, salt, mix.

Now add the sifted flour and baking powder in parts, mixing well. You will get a thick dough. Then, stirring, dilute with the remaining water to the consistency of the dough for pancakes.

Pour batter into muffin tins with cuffs inserted, or grease tins with vegetable oil. Fill molds 3/4 full. Then send the baking sheet with the blanks to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden toothpick.

Cool the finished cupcakes, select from the molds. You can make pumpkins from one cupcake, or you can glue two with the help of boiled condensed milk cream and butter at room temperature. Sweets or melted chocolate are suitable for decoration.

Dessert with gelatin worms

Halloween dessert in minutes without baking!

Grate chocolate biscuit cookies, layer with whipped cream and garnish with worm-shaped gelatin sweets. Sweet land with delicious worms will appeal to many.

Toothy mouth for halloween

Another scary-simple treat in a hurry.

Cut a couple of red apples into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice so that they do not quickly turn black. Brush two apple slices on one side thickly with peanut butter, glue the edges with butter inside and add four marshmallow marshmallows to make teeth.

Meringue in the form of bones

This treat is best prepared the day before, meringues are dried in the oven for quite a long time.

We offer classic French meringue and meringue without eggs, on aquafaba. Choose to your taste!

For the egg meringue you will need:

2 egg whites, 120 g of powdered sugar, a couple of drops of lemon juice.

The rule for the right meringue is simple: you need twice as much powdered sugar by weight as proteins. If you have a kitchen scale, use it!

So get your mixer ready. In a bowl, beat egg whites, lemon juice and half of the icing sugar until white and shiny. Start at low speeds, then gradually move up to maximum. This will take 5 minutes.

Then add the remaining powder and beat for another 8-10 minutes until stiff peaks.

Put the mass in a pastry bag and place on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Make bones by planting a strip with two balls at the ends, or form any other figures, as long as they are about the same size.

Dry the meringues in the oven at 100 degrees for about an hour. Ready meringue will be easily removed from the pan.

The cooled "bones" can be greased with Nutella and glued together in two.

For meringue without eggs you will need:

100 ml strained liquid from canned peas, boiled chickpeas (aquafaba), 180 g sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, a couple of pinches of citric acid or drops of lemon juice.

Strain the aquafaba into a bowl and beat with a mixer at the highest speed for about 5 minutes. Then, without stopping, gradually add sugar, citric acid. In total, you need to beat 10-12.

You will get a dense white mass, which must be transferred to a pastry bag. Place the meringue on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 100-110 degrees. You can again make bones or plant marshmallows with a tail on top, from which you will make ghosts by drawing two points of eyes with melted chocolate.

Dry the bezeshki for an hour and a half. When the meringues are dense and easy to remove from the parchment, turn off the heat and leave the dessert to cool completely in the oven with the door closed.

Boiled Ghost Eggs

While the dough is rising, cut the sausage, olives (if you add them) into small cubes or strips, grate the cheese. Any additions in the form of bell pepper, onion, mozzarella, etc. are welcome.

For the sauce, it is best to use tomato passata, but some people like to mix ketchup and mayonnaise. Choose to your taste.

Divide the dough into pieces and roll out. If you want, you can roll out about six small pizzas or a couple of large ones.

Lubricate the base with sauce, crumble the sausage, other ingredients and sprinkle with cheese spots. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 220 degrees. Garnish the finished pizzas with slices of pitted olives (mouth) and peppercorns (eyes).
