Baked apples with minced meat

 

For 5 large apples, take 300 g of minced pork with fat, an onion, a clove of garlic, salt and pepper to taste, a couple of tablespoons of raisins, peeled chopped walnuts and vegetable oil. 

Cut the apples in half, cut out the seeds and select the pulp with a sharp knife, leaving a "bowl" with walls slightly thicker than a centimeter. Chop the pulp, finely chop the onion and garlic, pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 7-8 minutes, then drain. In vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until transparent, add the garlic, then the minced meat and fry until tender, breaking up the meat lumps. At the end of cooking, add chopped apple pulp, raisins, nuts, salt and pepper to taste. The filling is ready! 

Put the stuffing with a spoon into the cooked apples and put in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees. Keep an eye on the readiness of apples, some varieties are baked very quickly. Enjoy!

Chicken liver with apples

 

For 300 g of chicken liver, take a couple of medium apples, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, two onions, salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

Lightly fry the apples cut into small slices in vegetable oil over medium heat, add the chopped liver (you can roll it in flour beforehand), chopped onions in half rings. Cook, stirring, over medium heat. Salt and pepper in the process. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs. Serve with mashed potatoes or buckwheat.

Fresh chicken salad

 

For two servings, one chicken breast, an apple, a small handful of grapes, a couple of handfuls of spinach, a piece of gorgonzola and a thin stalk of celery will suffice. Dressing will be made from olive oil and lemon juice in a ratio of 3 to 1. 

Salt the breast, pepper and fry in a grill pan on both sides until golden brown. Then cut into pieces. Wash vegetables and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the apples into thin half-slices and put in water with lemon juice for a few minutes. Chop the celery. 

Combine the ingredients on a plate, add seedless grapes, pieces of gorgonzola. Serve salad with dressing, salt and pepper.

From zucchini, chicken fillet, apples, cheese, onions and spices, you can cook a juicy and hearty hot dish for the whole family or for guests on a holiday. Lavash roll with tuna, apple and pepper

 

Lubricate pita bread with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Drain the canned tuna in a sieve to drain the juice or oil. Grind a bunch of your favorite greens, cut the bell pepper and sour apple into a small cube. It is better to lightly fry an apple with pepper; instead of fresh pepper, you can use canned baked one. Mix all the elements of the filling in a bowl with a spoonful of mayonnaise and spread over the pita bread. Roll tightly into a roll, wrap with cling film and refrigerate until required.

Chicken skewers with apples

 

600 g chicken fillet cut into large pieces. Soak the skewers in water, apple juice or white wine for a couple of hours while the meat marinates. Put the chicken pieces in a bowl or resealable bag, add a spoonful of chicken seasoning, a spoonful of Dijon mustard, a couple of spoons of mayonnaise or natural yogurt. After two hours, cut the apples into the same pieces as you cut the chicken. Alternating, string on skewers and bake in the oven (190 degrees, 20 minutes), on the grill or in a pan until cooked.
