Let's look at six natural products that normalize the hormonal system, presented in separate parts.

Quinoa

Quinoa normalizes insulin and maintains the required level of hormones called androgens. This means that wrinkles and rashes are not scary at all.
It is recommended to eat two bowls of quinoa porridge a week.

Necessary products for the preparation of quinoa porridge:

  • 1/2 cup quinoa tea
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons grated or crushed almonds
  • pinch of salt
  • honey to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour the quinoa into a saucepan, pour over the almond milk and add a pinch of salt. Put on the stove and as soon as the mixture boils, reduce the temperature. Allow the porridge to boil for about 15 minutes.

Wait 5 minutes after removing from the heat.

Meanwhile, roast the almonds in a dry pan and crush or grate them.

Add the vanilla yogurt to the quinoa, add the raspberries, sprinkle with almonds and pour liquid honey to taste.
